vivo is set to heat up the competition in the budget phone market by adding a new model to its affordable Y-series family. vivo Y19e has appeared in IMEI databases with model number V2431, indicating that the launch is imminent.
What does vivo Y19e promise?
Although no official announcement has been made yet, the Y19e is expected to have many features in common with the vivo Y19s launched earlier this year. According to rumors, the Y19e will come with a 6.68-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits peak brightness.
It will be powered by a Unisoc T612 processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Storage will be expandable up to 1TB via microSD card. On the camera side, the rear panel is expected to feature a 50 Megapixel main and 2 Megapixel depth sensor.
There will be a screen-embedded camera with 5 Megapixel resolution for selfies. It is also possible for the phone to be powered by a 5500mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Y19e will run on Android 14-based FunTouchOS and will feature military standard durability certifications.
